I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Micron Technology (Singapore) in Feb 2018
Interview
The interviews were held over half a day at the facility itself. 30 minutes of logic test followed by three rounds of interviews. Logic test was pretty difficult. I scored 17/25 and the interviewer told me it was a very good score. The interviews progressively get harder with increasing seniority of managers who conduct interviews. Nothing technical was asked. Mostly behavioral questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Introduce yourself. What is your biggest failure? What are your weaknesses? How did you manage clash of interest in your CCA leadership roles? Are you ok with doing OT?
I was given by a pair of friendly interviewers. They let me finish the technical test and then take the test to meet the interviewers. Interviewers are professional engineers in their own role and they even shared more details about the job they are hiring.
Face to face at site, standard interview process.
First round had one interviewer, just an overall culture fit check to see if you are capable of understanding the needs of the team.
