This was not my first interview, but it is my first job offer since graduating college. Brief phone screening process to get to know me and describe the job to me. A single panel interview with 4 professionals that I would work with. Some technical questions, but mostly managerial/situational scenarios. The technical questions were very specific about what they work with, and I didn't know many answers to these questions. The other questions just asked to "explain a time when...", and they just wanted to see how you would communicate and handle a difficult conflict or situation. Very pleasant team to talk with, and there were laughs shared in the interview which is definitely a nice thing to hear during a stressful situation. They mostly were looking for a personality that would fit in with them.
