Second interview was in Mandarin done through conference call and there was 3 interviewers. Detailed working description and challenges but no further advice was given like what was the next step of the hiring process as they practically just hung up the call so it was not that professionally conducted. They kept asking my views on punctuality, office politics and gossiping in workplace so not sure if this is an issue in their current work environment.
