Interview
Met up with recruiter over Zoom and he gave really good advice on how to bond well with hiring manager (really appreciates team work and wants to see if you mesh well with his team). Then, had a 1:1 with the hiring manager where we had a conversation about my past experiences and preferences.
The final two rounds were 2 sets of panel interviews with 3 people each, where they ask you technical questions regarding basics of DRAM operations, CMOS logic and coding questions in any programming language you prefer.
Really liked the process as I thought i really bonded well with the team - felt more like a conversation rather than an interview. Interviewers were all very nice and patient, they even guide you in answering some of the really tough questions. Gave really good feedback at the end.
However, did not receive an offer because the position was made unavailable after 2 weeks. Was pretty upsetting because I made it to the final round and really liked the culture and team dynamic.
