I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Micron Technology (Singapore) in Feb 2016
Interview
There were three rounds of interview, first a logic test, then direct manager and lastly Director. Very efficient system with very short waiting time. Upon called, you will be lead to a cubicle for your interview. The staffs are nice and friendly but the work place looks very dull. They prefer someone who can think logically and think positively, was also hinted of the many overtime and night-shifts.
Basic questions on semiconductors, and thorough review of resume. They will go through all the experiences and the projects listed in the resume and ask questions from it. Some managerial questions as well on how would handle team work, time and pressure.

Applied online through LinkedIn and was soon shortlisted for a logic and aptitude test. After passing that, I had an online Microsoft Teams interview with two engineering team leads. The conversation was mostly straightforward, focusing on my resume details, past projects, and why I wanted to join the company.
