Interview
There were two representatives at SDSU, one a manager with a technical background, and the other an HR manager. Those who interviewed with the HR manager were judged based upon their personality and basic questions. The ones who passed that basic screening received a phone interview. I was one of the ones who received a single interview with the more technical manager.
