It was good, pretty easy first call is with another SFA. No technicals in the first round and then 3 45 Minute interviews with situational questions and technicals and they are conducted by managers across several teams
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Microsoft (Redmond, WA) in Sep 2024
Interview
2 rounds of behavioral/situational and 1 technical round. They were all great people to talk to. You just need to prove that you are a culture fit for them. All in all it was a 3 hour superday.
