One initial interview then one final round interview for the internship position comprised of 3 short interviews in a row. It was mostly behavioral. The process changes each year though. Some years are different than others.

All rounds included general discussion about past experience and instances relevant to future of work etc
The people were wonderful to chat to and give in depth understanding of work and structure

Great. Super clear and not too crazy with exercises and consulting questions . There were quite a bit of stakeholders but the process was super long and people also shared loads of information on the role. Try to be very clear with you examples and always provide with data on how you impacted a project. Also they were not too insitent with my salary expectations which was nice
