They called me for a recruiting event
To qualify I must pass an online test.
The test was normal.
They told me to hold on for the next step

The recruiter didn't respond until last day.
I emailed the recruiter's dept.
They said, sorry the hiring event was fully booked, try again in the next semester of recruiting / hiring events.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Microsoft (Redmond, WA)
Interview
3 teams of 2, asking tech questions. Some thinking questions and puzzles, some pseudo code. They want to see the process of you how think and go about problem solving.
