It is an on-campus interview with 30 mins talking which includes 3-4 behavior questions and 1 programming question. I just walked in the room in campus, and say hello to interviewer.

It includes a lot of behavior questions such as why Microsoft, talk about what you will do when meet trouble in work. and one technical questions that need me to reverse a input string.
