I was contacted by a recruiter and asked a few questions. She then recommended me and scheduled me for a technical interview and then an interview with a hiring manager. Technical interview was neutral. Hiring manager interview was a no show until I contacted the recruiter. Interview with HM got rescheduled multiple times but went well after speaking. Microsoft was a dream company to work for but the hiring process did not leave a good impression at all for such a reputable company.
