Recruiter was absolutely useless. I was put through to interview but needed to complete a document, however this document did not appear in my action centre, i emailed the recruiter 4 times and was ignored every time, then after a month the closed my application. Recruiters are the first point of contact with potential talent and having a poor quality one like this one, will only harm the business - it appears this recruiter was an outsourced recruiter.
