MilliporeSigma Associate R D Scientist interview questions

I applied through a recruiting firm and they called and told me Sigma wanted to set up an interview. Since it was through a recruiter there was no phone interview. Companies pay these recruiters to do the first line of screening. Had a 1 on 1 for about 30 mins. 60% behavioral 40% technical. The hiring manager for me did ask several technical questions that did take some knowledge of biotech process to answer fully. If you studied and did well in school it shouldn't be a problem. Moved on to a group interview which was much more casual. Five people from the lab. All had copies of my resume and asked general questions about my experience. This particular lab is a hybrid of production (not on a large scale) and R&D so they were quite busy. I heard back the next day and accepted.
