The hiring process was plan in four rounds with a HR person, a peer (Sales Manager), potential boss and the n+2. The two first job interviews were by phone and the third round was a one on one interview. I did not get through the last round. The reason mentioned was they had an internal candidate that needed to be relocated. Moreover, they needed to benchmark the candidate with the overall external candidates. This was not mentioned from the recruiter at the beginning of the process.
