Interview
Interview process was an initial phone interview (typical behavior interview) and then a follow up interview. Follow up interview started about 5 minutes late. When interview started the tardiness of the interviewer was not addressed. (Starts to paint picture of red flags.) Second interview was to be 45 minutes but when call started it was indicated it would only be 30 minutes since someone on the call had a hard stop. During interview, it was indicated a decision would be made at the end of the following week. Following week ended and no follow up on their part. An email was sent to them to ask, and no response. That was about 3 weeks ago. Be wary of this company. A shame too, since they seemed nice and company appeared to be on the rise with acquiring properties. Ghosting people like this, from HR, does throw up major red flags and says a ton about management of the organization.
