Mitchell International Intern interview questions

Process took about a month. I applied online, took a job related assessment, was contacted by a recruiter over the phone for an brief interview, and then it all concluded with an interview on site.

It was not an interview, more like a series of conversations. I spoke with 3 people from the department I was applying for, for 30 minutes each, and got an offer the day after. However, I hear this is not the case with most other candidates and other departments. I got the interview in a week. First, I met the recruiter, then submitted my online application and resume, and then attended their Open House event for intern candidates.
