Was contacted through email by a talent acquisition partner who provided me a list of times she was available for a short call. After choosing two different ones and being informed that those time slots were already taken, I finally gave 2 times I could do it and asked her to tell me which day she was available at those times. The day comes, I log into Microsoft teams for the meeting and...no show. Sent her an email to say that the meeting wasn't starting and never heard back. I guess ghosting candidates is the new normal.
