It started with a quick 15-minute call with the recruiter and then a 30-minute online assessment that is required for all potential employees. The first half of the assessment was just personality-based questions, but the second half was a generic cognitive assessment that didn't feel at all related to the job position. Everyone that I interviewed with was super friendly, but I wish the assessment they gave you was more specific to your job role because it felt a bit like a waste of time.
