Interview
Pre-interview assessment. Part one: IQ/problem solving test. 50-questions/15-minutes; Part two: basic personality profile; phone interview with hiring manager and one other manager. Final step an on-site interview with 4-executives and a mock sales presentation.

They already have your profile and aptitude score so most questions revolved around specific situations. Nothing too difficult.

Interview
Mitratech was upfront and very easy to talk to through the interview process. I enjoyed talking to all the members of the interview team. They were open about current challenges as well as what it takes to be successful in the role being interviewed for.
Easy interview process and very quick moving through the process. VP became highly aggressive and rude at the end of the process - stay far away. If aggression is shown at this stage, can't imagine what it would be like to work there full time.

Pretty quick interview process. Aptitude test required just to get in the door and then interview with five people prior to the presentation. Overall a good interview process for sure.
