First interview was at a hiring event, one on one. The interviewer was well prepared and was quick to answer my questions. Experience was valued as well as formal training. Once that was complete, I was invited to the home office for another round of interviews. This time I sat one on one with all of the different directors for the different segments. Each had their own questions. Once I finished with all of the different directors I waited about a week or two before an official offer was submitted on paper. All in all it was a great interview process. The questions were both technical and personality based and I could tell that they were assessing how well I would fit into the team as well as my technical proficiency. Very nice office and everyone seemed to have a good attitude. Very professional.
