I was contacted via Linkedin by the position manager. We had a quick (30min) call about the job and about me (I am a passive candidate, being a Director in another company). Few days after, the person send me another email asking to have a second call. I confirmed it (and followed up one day before). She did not show up. Few days after, she sent me another email apologizing for "forgetting to add the meet in her calendar" and proposing another date, which I confirmed. Again, one day before I sent her an email asking for confirmation. No emails back neither she showed up again. I do understand other candidates would be in the pipe (probably cheaper than me) and, potentially I wasn't her first option. What bothers me the most is the time I have spent preparing for the interviews and the slots booked for nothing in my busy agenda. Please don't do that again (with me and others), it's not nice...
