Initially received an email from HR to set up a phone interview. Was then told that she recommended me for a phone interview with the department head. The phone interview went well and was told that I would be contacted to set up an onsite interview with other members of the team. Had the follow-up interview with a couple team members, as well as the department head. I followed up via email with HR and was told they wanted to set up an additional two interviews. Completed both interviews, one onsite, and the other over the phone. The entire process took almost 4 weeks!

Three interviews, first was a phone screen. Second was about the position itself, and the third interview was with two members from the accounting department to see how I will fit in at the company as a whole.
