Initial phone screening with talent acquisition, then a second interview with the manager I would work under. My final interview was to present a slide deck to a panel of managers and a sales trainer. The entire process took about a month. They have a lengthy and difficult hiring process for a reason and pride themselves on it.

The interview process took a long time and was extremely intense. I feel that in the end this is exactly what creates the atmosphere and family that they have created.
