I was referred to this role by an internal employee. It took them nearly 14 days to get back to me just for me to receive an email from their Senior Partner of TA, that I am not a fit for the role. No introductory or prescreen call. Just a very generic rejection email. Still a good company, but questionable recruiting process for internal referrals.
