The process was great! The initial contact and immediate action taken by Kimberly showed her genuine interest in learning more about my personal and professional experience and potential with regards to Joining and being successful with The Momentum Team. Her thorough and invested effort in making me feel welcomed, comfortable, informed, and excited about the opportunity was a key factor in my decision to move forward with the process. You can train anyone to do anything but you can’t train a persons personality and authenticity. They either have a good one or not. And Kimberly was great in both! She didn’t make the interview just about a job. She made it about the people. And I admire that approach. I am excited to join the Team!!!
