I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mondo in Mar 2016
Interview
The interview process was very easy. It was more conversational than asking the normal questions. The first part of the interview was a phone screening with someone from corporate. During the next step, I interviewed with three people (2 Sales Leaders, and Regional Sales Director) in the office I was planning to work at. The last step was a shadow in the position I interviewed for. Unfortunately, I was not offered back to the shadow day. The overall experience wasn't bad. I had a phone interview set up in which they cancelled and didn't realize until that day. I was under the impression from corporate that they would call me to schedule the shadow appointment early the following week. I called and emailed and didn't receive a response until the following week when I emailed again. If you are applying, be patient because it may take them a bit longer to get back to you.

Interview
it was a very easy interview process. They were very prompt with answering all my questions in a timely fashion the receptionist was able and she said she was able to answer them all and that
I was approached by a recruiter. There were a total of 5 interviews with 2 calls with the recruiter for each round. It felt pushy and took way too long.
