I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mondo in Apr 2016
Interview
I was contacted via email for a possible position doing recruiting. Had a brief conversation with a recruiter in New York. She sent me the job description and I said I was interested if she had time to call back, please do. Spoke with her for about 20 minutes. She said someone would be in touch that week. They were not. I followed up via email. She sent an email soon after saying after reviewing my resume with her managers, they decided not to proceed. That's fine. However, the tackiest part was it was an auto reject email and some of the words were still highlighted (that's how I knew it was auto reject). My friend who is a recruiter said it was the laziest and tackiest thing she had ever seen! So then I emailed the recruiter about the sales positions they had available (also discussed with her on the phone interview) to which she didn't even bother to reply. Negative experience overall.

Interview
First, a linkedin message from a recruiter and then a 15-minute phone screening with a recruiter and then an in-person interview with hiring manager. They hire quickly and it is a simple process.

Interview
I had two different interviews for two recruiter positions a month apart. Got phone screened for both and was told the same regret answer which was they are “moving another direction with their hiring”. Just very disappointed that I was given that feedback a second time around instead of a reason as to why I wasn’t selected to move forward for a recruiter role with recruiter experience already.
Many phone calls with the internal recruiter who was very nice. Had a phone call with the VP and received from conflicting information. Both have stressed that it’s very hard work and always over 40 hours a week.
