7 interviews: initial interview with the recruiter, then interview with the hiring manager, an interview with a director in the US, an on-site interview with a regional director, and a "challenge" stage that includes 2 directors and the VP of the organisation. The challenge stage needs preparation beforehand and is followed by Q&As. The process is then followed by a chat with the VP (less formal stage than the previous ones).
