Drawn out - several phone interviews and then decided it wasn’t going to be a good fit. Everyone was very professional during the process, I just wished we came to that conclusion sooner.

Interview process was rather lengthy, had six 30 minute interviews. Over the course of a few weeks. Had to follow up with the recruiter each time to get to next stage. After the final stage I wasn’t going to take the job so I never followed up and then never heard back from them either.
