Interview
The interview process has been very efficient. There are around 4-5 rounds in total. It took less than two months from the time the recruiter reached out to the offer stage. I was impressed by how well-prepared the interviewers were. They showed keen interests in your experience and tried to make sure the role is a great fit for the candidate, not just focusing on whether the candidate will fit the role. If you make it to the panel interview, there are two prep calls prior to the presentation. The prep calls were very helpful and made me even more motivated to join the team, as I could picture myself working in a collaborative environment where everyone helps each other to be successful.

Recruiter reached out to me back in October. Had various interviews and was a very start/stop process. Original recruiter was fired, one of the team members I interviewed with left the company. No one would explain why or what happened with them. Company would go on hiring freeze and week later, no more freeze. Red flags everywhere. Final round was a presentation round which is a lot of effort for an interview process. They expect you to know their product inside/out during the presentation when this is only an interview. Overall, declined offer as the interview process is indicative of the company and believe I dodged a bullet.

Company makes very positive impression and two people I had a pleasure to speak with were highly professional. After speaking with recruiter and team leader unfortunately I never received any feedback about next stage or disqualification, lack of communication at that stage was a bit disappointing.

Process was thorough and organized, there is an interviewee portal used that details where you are in the process, who you've met with, who you're going to meet with, and any reference materials needed to complete each step. Communication was reliable throughout the process.

They tested industry knowledge by issuing a conversation prompt to be answered live with a peer on the team.
