7 step process including initial recruiter call, 2nd recruiter call, online assessment, 1st formal interview, 2nd formal interview, prep interview for final 'challenge', recommendation to setup time to speak to someone in the current role, final interview 'challenge' with 12-page presentation (minimum, they're expecting 20), 2 roleplay debates. You must include secondary and third sources to back up any claim.

Great process, every step is well thought out.
As you go through the steps, you get to learn from your future team exactly what are MongoDB's mindset and skillset.
Everyone is geared towards guiding you to learn throughout the process and gives a feeling that they want you to improve and succeed regardless of just the position at stake.
