Good interview process with a very high bar. Attentive and quick throughout. Managers really invest a lot of time in you throughout the process. It’s key to make sure it’s a good fit for both you and MongoDB.

Approach to PG - how do I systemically approach PG.
Process is 7 steps. It is very challenging and time intensive but very rewarding when you get accepted. The communication throughout was very professional and I knew what each step had in store for me.

Interview process was extremely challenging but very worth the time and effort. MongoDB impressed me the way they vet out each candidate to make sure they find the right person for the specific role they interview for to set that person and the company up for success.
