Interview Process:
The process consisted of 7 rounds, including a recruiter round, all of which were elimination rounds. I successfully cleared 5 rounds.
System Design Round:
This round was not well-structured. The problem was given without explanation, and the questions were vague. There were 2 interviewers with similar experience, and most interviewers up to this point had joined MongoDB only 2 months prior, which may have affected the guidance provided.
Overall:
The earlier rounds were manageable, but the system design round lacked clarity and proper evaluation.

Process was: Recruiter screening, Phone Screen, 5 Virtual Onsite. The whole process took a long time. I loved each interviewer, they were really friendly, nice and passionate with their work. The interview questions were unique and on the harder side but well organized.

Recruiter phone interview, a technical screen, then multiple technical interview rounds. I've gone through non-concurrent programming, concurrent programming, algorithms and the design one; didn't make it to the behaviorial and final interviews,
