MongoDB Team Lead - Business Research interview questions

I applied through LinkedIn and got a call for the first round wherein an executive of the HR team got in touch within a week. Discussed my previous/current job role and whether I understood the profile at MongoDB. Next was another round of discussion on call with the Director TA who again asks about the previous roles, checks understanding of the requirement at the company and brief about the company. If you get through this, you will be invited for a written test at the Gurgaon premises where they will treat you really well, give comments on your presentation post the test but never get back after that. They said they will get back but the candidate could wait for ages and they will not give any feedback. So getting selected or rejected is the not the thing. The process isn’t clear in terms of whether they are completing the process of hiring or not, they can just keep you waiting for what I experienced!!!!
