Interview
Pretty disappointing interview. I was excited about this one since I had heard and researched great things about this company but the recruiter focused only on my most recent role - a 2-month long consulting gig when I had over 6 years of experience to share. The recruiter wouldn't even let me move on to another role until I completed their drilling questions. They had a tone for most of the interview and the only time they sounded like they weren't having the worst conversation of their life was when I asked what it was like working at MongoDB which they then went into a lot of cheerful detail on. Got the reject email a few days later.
