MongoDB PMO Manager interview questions

Took 6+ months with very poor communication between stages. The interviewers were alright, conversations were meaningful. But it was also obvious that the team didn't quite know what they were looking for. I had the feeling that the process was being made up as we went, including required skills and expectations. Too bad.
