First a call with a recruiter following the resume screening, then a Karat interview. I would say pretty standard overall. The next round would have been a final round with Mongo engineers.
the interview process was positive and everyone was super friendly. Originally, the recruiter reached out after a career fair where mongodb was stationed. recruiter did a phone interview, passed it onto leadership then some technical phone screens. did not get an offer.
