To start with the positives - the HR team was very cordial, and everyone was aligned on the interview process internally
Beyond that, this was bar none the most disrespectful interview process I've gone through. In an early round, the hiring manager spent much of the time talking down the skills and abilities of the sales team (who would be supported by the solutions architects).
The true disrespect came at the mock demo stage, where the interviewers told me something along, "while we appreciated all the prep work you did, we did not read any of it" and proceeded to go through the mock demo without any of the context or background that a typical demo would have. Afterwards, they used this mock demo to try and lowball the comp expectations we had previously discussed. At this point I declined to interview further.
All in all, the arrogance and disrespect of the interview process completely soured me on this as a good place to work. In today's work environment, wasting candidates time as above is not the way to attract quality talent
