I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Monki
Interview
I was asked to give a brief introduction of myself, asked to discuss my retail and customer service experience, asked to describe how I tend to work in a team, asked one by one how I align with the company's four values. The position and desired workload, availability, etc. were discussed.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Monki (Glasgow, Scotland) in Jul 2024
Interview
Group interview with 5 people and 2 interviewers who worked in senior roles on the shop. Very casual, everyone got a chance to speak but nobody was called on to speak first. Some questions were answered individually and some as a group.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Monki (Rotterdam) in Jun 2023
Interview
The interview was quite relaxed and there was no specific structure..it was more conversational and to be honest they seemed a bit unprepared. I actually didn't mind that, but I never received a review or any answer to the emails I sent. Not getting back to a candidate's emails is definitely not ok, it requires less than five minutes.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Monki (London, England) in Jan 2023
Interview
It was a group interview of 5 people, the atmosphere was nice and everyone was super friendly. It was obviously less formal and very chatty. Make sure to research the companies value and talk about their mane agenda - sisterhood
