The process was extremely long! After being contacted by an external recruiter, The initial phone screening was after 3 months. The call lasted about 45 minutes and an in person interview was set up after about a week. This lasted over 5 hours with different members of the team. They all went by a internal "STAR" template. This stands for situation, tactic, action, result. They ask you different scenarios from your past work experience and ask you to describe while following the template how it was handled. It took me over 4 weeks to get a actual response. ( The hiring manager must have got irritated with me questioning the organization of the company, because afterwards I was denied the position) Luckily for me, I have a good job, but this is not how company's should treat potential candidates, it was almost like they try the string you along as long as they possibly can. Again for a company like this, they seemed extremely unorganized. Going forward, I would not even appease taking a job with this company!
