Morgan Stanley Associate Technology interview questions

Interview process is lengthy and tiring to be cramped in a day. The selection process started with an aptitude test of 3 hours followed by an offline coding test. I had 4 rounds of interviews each of about 1 hour and a group discussion of 1.5 hours.

There was a complete assessment center with three interviews. Group excercise, interpersonal skills, technology skills. All of them pretty standard. Interviewers were quite relaxed, the process was smooth. There was a technical phone screening, they went quite into detail, this was a bit frustrating, not having time and space for properly elaborating the questions. The personal interviews are more easy-going they try to make you feel good during the process.
