Interview
Auto hirevue to be completed in 5 days. First round screener with Analyst/Asso (Usually 80% behavioral, 20% technical + brain teaser). Superday is 3 interviews with seniors (Behaviorals + Stock Pitch + Macro Technical)
Final AC, was split into 3 separate interviews 2 were questions around the core values and current market news and quick trade idea as well as a few brain teasers.
The application process began with an Online Assessment, followed by a five-question HireVue, then a telephone interview with a trader, and finally an assessment centre to evaluate skills and fit.
