Phone interview with a trader. Motivation, financial news knowledge and background, nothing technical. Much easier than expected. Around 30 minutes. with back and forth questions. In the end, allowed to ask questions.

Final AC, was split into 3 separate interviews 2 were questions around the core values and current market news and quick trade idea as well as a few brain teasers.
Start off with a HireVue, where theres 3 questions and you have ability to retake some of them. After comes a call, followed by rounds of interviews if you end up making it farther.
