I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (New York, NY) in Feb 2011
Interview
It was a very simple process. I just got an email and went to interview. It was a 4 on 1 interview, and rather intimidating. The interview was easy in that they didn't ask any hard questions, but they asked a lot of questions that makes it hard to impress them such as "what is your favorite activity." It seems like they just really wanted to get to know me, and thought I wasn't a good fit

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley in Aug 2018
Interview
I received a 1st round phone interview through my university's recruiting team at MS. They were very flexible with scheduling it. I waited for a very long while after the 1st round to find out that I was not getting invited to a superday (final round). However, my university's recruiting team at MS were really helpful and all the analysts and associates I spoke with were willing to take out the time to speak with me, which I really appreciated.

Interview
It was a superday with three back to back interviews. Two of the interviews were mostly behavioral while the other one was more technical. The walls were thin and I could hear other people's interviews going on right next to me.
