Firstly, the entire process, including the coordination was very professional and well organized. The interviewers were very friendly and candid. They asked questions pertaining to past experience and were also willing to answer questions related to the role.

Random call from a recruiter randomly scheduled for an interview with someone who I assumed was the hiring manager. scheduled interview with colleague received another call from a new recruiter scheduled interview with another colleague - she wasn't paying attention during the interview and was working. Quite rude. Ghosted after 3 interviews and a follow up email
1) Initial phone screen with hiring manager to discuss experience and role
2) In person interview with hiring manager; discuss mostly behavioral questions
3) Small assignment regarding 'what if' scenario
4) Final phone screen with HR

I submitted my application during the summer, then I got a HireVue to complete the next day. I was contacted to do a phone interview in early September, then I found out in early October that I was selected for a Super Day. The Super Day was at their NYC office with around 10-15 candidates, and it consisted of a team activity and 3 back to back interviews.
