I interviewed once on campus and received a superday at their New York office. It was well organized, and I interviewed with four MDs. Everyone seemed relatively relaxed and friendly. All four of my interviewers were very casual, asking me to call them by their first names. The questions were relatively normal, and only one interviewer asked brain teasers.
