I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (London, England) in Nov 2017
Interview
Online application followed by tests and then two different phone interviews. After this was an assessment centre. Everyone was really lovely and I enjoyed the interview process, it is great to be able to speak to people rather than an automated video - I recommend applying.

Interview
Relaxing, questions were technical but not too difficult. Asked about real life scenarios where I have applied sort of teamwork and leadership skills, and technical questions relating to the financial market.

There was resume shortlisting. It was followed by technical test and then we had 3-4 rounds of interviews (technical+HR). In the interview, they asked questions related to prob and stats, puzzles and some financial questions. Difficulty of questions started increasing with each level of interview.

Interview
Starts with a 45 min interview preparation - you'll receive a very long research package, and you need to leverage this research package and respond to a specific question raised, better to make some simple slides for presentation as well.
There are two interviewers listening to your 15min presentation and then 15min Q&A, not easy actually.
The next session is a 30min interview with two other interviewers. Quite chill and mainly behavioral and resume based.
