Interview
first interviewed on-campus because I applied through our university. Then I went to the on-site interview. It was intensive. First is a group interview related to create something totally nothing to do with the job or the company and express your idea amount the groups. Then there are three 45min 1:1 interviews - one technical, one behavior and one personal fit (sort of behavior). The technical interview is very intensive. Make sure you know the technology well.

I spoke with three different individuals which interview regarding different areas of their Low latency environment from Network Management to Network Design. We covered from multicast to the actual process of a TCP connection from the standpoint of each level of the OSI model. It was a comprehensive interview of your knowledge.
