I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (Montreal, QC) in Sep 2020
Interview
To begin, this is my worst interview experience. After the day of my final round interview, I got an email saying that I was rejected. Then I sent back an email expressing my regret and thank-you. The HR replied to my in a minute saying ignore the email and without saying sorry. After two weeks, I got the **exactly** same email. The HR seems rude and not professional at all. So disappointed in this branch. From the interview, I know that the people in Montreal office are all for technology. No trader in this branch.
First round: 1h tech interview (e.g. ask questions based on your resume, OO related questions, an easy DP leetcode question)
Second round (final round): 2h tech interview (OO design, and a little bit db design, and a quite hard algo question where the interviewer didn't give a good guidance...)
Most of questions are covered in Glassdoor.
