Interview
I applied for the training program because my friend had been hired and they were looking to add people to the training program. Even with a recommendation from my friend, it was a slow and painful process. The interviews were very easy but completing all the paperwork and getting the requied background checks took 3 months.

Their were none. The asked why you wanted to be a Financial Advisor? Could you work long hours? Are you confident you could pass the Series 7, 66 and obtain your Life Insurance License in a specif time-frame.
20 minute phone call 1st round, then super day for the second round. Three 20 minute interviews. The interview questions were technical and behavioral. They covered market knowledge and other parts of the finance industry.

Interview
The first round is virtual. The interview was interesting and engaging. I actually enjoyed the process. There were math and geometric games afterwards, that were not incredibly difficult. Regarding the interview questions, you were able to practice and record your responses within the time allowed.

I had an initial phone call with the branch manager who was pleasant and direct. He explained the details of the job and the reality of positions available and then directed me to the next step.
